Post-Valentine’s Day Blues…. Did anyone else think Valentine’s Day was just another day?  I’ll try my hardest not to get sappy, judgmental, or be a pessimist throughout this post. Can’t make any promises! So rewind to Valentine’s Day 2019...got up for work and did my usual routine. Nothing special! No red and no makeup! I get to work and everyone is in the typical chipper mood, plus wearing red and putting out candies on heart shaped plates. My coworker was so enthralled by the day that she actually left early just to get a head start on that nights festivities. I on the other hand avoided social media at all cost that day and only wished friends and family a “Happy V-Day” if they reached out first. I am in a committed relationship (like getting married in 2 months committed). My significant other and I shared simplistic “Happy V-Day” messages as well.
